Dear Colleagues,
The purpose of our meeting is to bring together clinicians working in acute and chronic pain who are interested in learning more about the various aspects of the topic. The meeting will take place in the inspiring atmosphere of the Swiss winter sport resort Davos.
The main objective this year’s meeting is to provide a stage for exchange on selected topics in the field of pain management and evidence-based therapies. The program consists of state-of-the-art lectures and presentations from delegates which we hope will promote vibrant discussions. For the first time, there will also be the opportunity to take part in a hands-on workshop about ultrasound-guided intervention in pain medicine.
We would like to thank EFIC for the recognition as an EFIC School and for the sponsoring of participants who are not able to pay travel expenses and registration fees to the school. This will help even more to make this meeting a very special experience for everybody in an international environment.
The limited number of participants will guarantee a maximum benefit for the individual attendee.
Davos is one of the most prestigious winter sports paradises in the Swiss Alps for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. The time frame of our program will allow and even encourage you to take advantage of the many winter sports and other leisure activities available during the finest time of the winter season.
